If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in the condition in which you received it along with your original sales receipt within 14 days.  We will credit your original method of payment (excluding delivery charges).  Please email us prior to sending your return for an authorization.  Items sent without authorization will be not be accepted. 

Turnaround Time

At Bags, Belts, N Bows, we do not maintain a inventory of finished  items.  Rather, each piece is handcrafted when the order is placed.   This allows us to give your order the quality time and attention to detail that it deserves.  Please allow two weeks for accessories and two to four weeks for handbag orders.  Please inform us if you need an item by a certain date as we try to accommodate all special deliveries.

Shipping

We ship via UPS Ground.  Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an
email containing the tracking information.
